The Standard Pack de 10 and Ultra promotional offers are tied to a 24-month billing cycle. Longer billing cycles can qualify for a free primary domain registration or transfer, while the comparison lists a free domain for these plans.

Billing recurs, with an invoice generated before the service period ends. PlanetHoster advertises a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, excluding the domain. Its cancellation information flags some details as applying to an older product, so current cancellation and refund mechanics beyond that advertised guarantee are not clear.
