Shared Hosting starts with Starter for one small or new website. Business is intended for several sites, while Premium offers the largest allocations in this range and supports multiple websites. Choose between them based on how many sites you need to host and whether your projects are likely to outgrow a basic shared plan.

Semi-Dedicated Hosting is the step up for a growing website or a group of sites. Semi-Dedicated Starter is positioned for one growing site; Business expands website capacity and resources, and Pro is the largest tier for multiple sites. Host4Geeks says this range shares resources among a small number of accounts. Higher allocations do not guarantee a particular level of performance for every site.

What stands out in the hosting

All six listed plans include cPanel, SSD storage, free SSL, unlimited email accounts and advertised weekly backups. Host4Geeks also advertises LiteSpeed, automated malware protection and cleaning, a web application firewall, and DDoS protection. Its plan allocations rise with the tiers; Premium and Semi-Dedicated Pro advertise unlimited SSD storage. Bandwidth is marketed as unlimited or unmetered.

The provider lists data centres in Lenoir, North Carolina; Los Angeles; Maidenhead in the UK; and Pune in India. Multiple locations are advertised, but the available location may depend on the particular plan. Host4Geeks advertises round-the-clock support by live chat, email and tickets, as well as free site migrations.

There are limits to what is clear from the product information. Host4Geeks explicitly calls Semi-Dedicated fully managed, but does not precisely define routine management for ordinary Shared Hosting. Weekly backups have four advertised retention points, yet the terms describe them as courtesy backups provided as-is. Keep an independent backup of your site; daily backups are offered as an upgrade.

Prices, terms and renewals

Host4Geeks offers different billing terms, with longer terms shown at lower effective rates than shorter ones. The selected plan and term determine the introductory price, while the billing policy says promotional pricing may apply only to the first term and renew at the then-current standard rate. That does not fully match the provider’s marketing claim that there are no renewal hikes, so check the checkout and renewal terms for your chosen plan.

Monthly and longer billing options are available across the listed plans. Eligible first-time Shared and Semi-Dedicated purchases have a short money-back period, subject to conditions and exclusions; renewals are not covered, and no free trial is confirmed. To avoid the next renewal invoice, cancellation must be submitted before it is generated.
