Cancellation arrangements can depend on the platform: GPORTAL says Xbox servers must be cancelled through the customer’s Microsoft account rather than its own website. Also confirm that your game is supported at your preferred location and that the Gamecloud configuration you want is available. Do not assume one contract length or cancellation notice period applies to every product or region.
