The terms say the payment method may be charged at least 14 days before the next period, so check the renewal date and billing terms before subscribing. The terms provide a seven-day window to request a refund; unused time in an active service period is not refunded after cancellation.

Review the current privacy policy before relying on the provider’s no-logs claim, especially given the age of the notice and the lack of a known independent audit. Also note that the provider’s legal and help pages identify Haarlem, while its Apple App Store trader information lists a Curaçao address.
