pCloud says it was founded in 2013 to build cloud storage for personal and business customers. Its current terms identify the operating company as pCloud International AG, with a registered office in Baar, Switzerland. pCloud's product range

Customers can use the help centre, contact support by email or phone, and manage their account through my.pCloud.com. The provider also supplies desktop software and mobile apps. Published support hours are not confirmed; Business Pro is described as including priority support.
